What a busy month! I turned four months old on August 27. Three days later I had breakfast in Enid with Grandma and Grandpa Garvie, Great Grandma and Grandpa Rackley, Uncle Chris, and Great Aunt Marilyn. Mama, Daddy, Lenora and I drove up from Tuttle. That night, I went to what was supposed to be my first baseball game, but it rained out. We had fun anyway waiting for the rain to stop, and we all got a free toy. Uncle Milton got tickets for the whole family. That was Saturday. That Monday, Uncle Steve and Aunt Jenny came to visit for a few days and we had a lot of fun. It seemed like I was always getting loved on by somebody! That Thursday, September 4, I had another doctor's visit and got a second round of shots and that was not fun. On September 14, Mama and Daddy gave me cereal for the first time and I thought it was awfully nasty. It made me cry and cry. Daddy videotaped it and they thought I'd start to like it, but I did not! Four days later, Mama tried bananas and they were a whole lot better. About a week later, she cautiously tried bananas mixed with rice cereal and I didn't like it all that well, but I ate it. I guess I'm a big boy now.

Daddy gave me a bath when Mama was feeling a little under the weather. She still felt good enough to find the camera, though.

After my bath, I like to be cuddled in my towel and fed before drifting off to sleep.
